William "Bill" White has been in practice of civil and criminal law for 48 years,received his Bachelor of Science degree from USC in Public Administration & Political Science, Juris Doctorate degree Cum Laude, organizer of the Long Beach California Grant Chapel Community forum, Co-Publisher of the Long Beach Advocate, President of the Los Angeles County Commission on Human Relations, a member of the National Legal Committee for Veterans Affairs and Honorary Colonel on the Staff of Mississippi Governor Cliff Finch, and is included in the National Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.
